Many London properties weren’t built for our contemporary lifestyles. At the centre of modern family life is kitchen and living room space, which gives families time together, comfortably. An extension can transform a closed-off, boxy house into an inviting, open-plan environment, ideal for busy people who want to make the most of their time together. We construct both traditional and offsite built modular extensions and aim to combine space, style and functionality for your family.
Our custom-built modular extensions are manufactured off-site and reduce the onsite installation time. The foundations of modular extensions can generally avoid costly party wall issues and gain you more internal floor space by not having to rely on thick cavity walls.
Our modular extensions are built in our South Yorkshire factory using a combination of modern building techniques and traditional finishes. The modules are delivered to your home by lorry and craned into position.
Our extensions look identical to traditionally-built extensions but are fabricated from steel, making them light enough to crane into position yet strong enough to last for generations. You can choose from a selection of brick finishes, render or a range of cladding materials such as pebbledash, timber or zinc. There are roof options such as single ply EPDM flat-roofing or a traditional pitched roof covered in slate or tiles.
We can provide a range of bifold, sliding or French doors providing access to your garden or terrace and Velux windows or skylights to bring natural light into the extension.
Completed in less than half the time of traditionally built extension and reducing dust and disruption on site, modular extensions are the way to expand your home without the hassle of having builders in your home for months.
