The first of the Christmas fairs on our calendar was the brilliant Singlegate Primary School in Merton.
As well as catching up with people who we'd converted lofts for throughout the years, there was a chance to buy lovely warm mulled wine and something called "melted snowman soup" (no, we'd not heard of it either) - A delicious chocolate drink made with marshmallows, smarties and a candy cane.
We took plenty of lofty bears with us which some of the children could win simply by naming them. Our favourite names were Rufus, Holly, Star and Bob.
Broadwater Primary School in Tooting was great fun too, we met lots of families wanting to grow their home in the New Year.
We even got to meet Father Christmas himself, who told us he much prefers parking his sleigh on a flat dormer roof when he's delivering gifts.
There was exciting seasonal entertainment at St Mary's Catholic Primary School in Wimbledon, with Irish Dancing by two talented girls, carols sung by the school's choir, and some wonderfully smooth big band numbers by one of our very own clients.
Everyone was great at hand-making bunting to deck the halls with and we were made to feel very welcome. Refreshments? Melted snowmen biscuits of course! (which looked way too cool to have melted).
Poplar Primary School also had some great carolling, this time, from the parents and friends.
We were thrilled to have met lots of parents and even got to hand out one of the fantastic Christmas hampers to "Lucky" Lucy - she promised to share it with her mum and little brother.
There was also a teacup ride for those kids happy to brave the cold weather outside.
This winter we're donating over £9,700, which will go towards helping all four schools and we can't wait to see how these funds will help the children.
At each fair we offered free design consultations to anyone who was interested in getting a loft conversion, and we're offering it NOW to anyone who contacts us before the end of the year.
