1. Modular Installation Site Manager

We are looking for a site manager/team leader to complete installations of our new modular loft conversions.

Essential criteria:

  • Good literacy/language skills in both English and ideally one eastern European language
  • Ability to read working drawings
  • Knowledge of domestic buildings and services
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel within London/Greater London

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

  • General building or carpentry
  • Loft conversions/extensions
  • Modular building installations
  • Roofing

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the various components of the installation and is currently running (or is able to recruit) a team to complete the installations.

A competitive salary or contract rate per project will be offered to the successful candidates.

2. Design Sales Consultant

Landmark Lofts manages high-end residential extension projects for clients across Greater London. The company has recently launched a revolutionary new product: modular loft conversions, which are built off-site and delivered directly to our clients’ homes. Due to unprecedented demand for these modular lofts, we are looking for a new design consultant to join our successful sales team.

If you have a passion for design, a client focused attitude and a driven approach, you have an opportunity to earn £55k OTE plus bonus. Many of our design consultants regularly exceed their quotas and receive substantially higher earnings.

While having existing knowledge of loft conversions or architecture more generally is useful, it is certainly not essential as full training will be provided.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries and answering initial questions from clients 
  • Meeting clients in their homes to discuss their requirements, design options and solutions
  • Preparing detailed proposals for clients and presenting to them
  • Developing relationships with potential customers
  • Answering questions from clients, arranging references and completing contractual documentation

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident and ambitious with an interest in property and/or design.

Previous experience within a sales environment would be preferred but most importantly you need to be an excellent communicator and able to build rapport quickly.

3. Sales Admin Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, dedicated and thorough Sales Admin Assistant to join our sales design team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience of working in a similar role or will be a talented recent graduate/school leaver. The candidate will be highly motived and able to take responsibility as the first point of contract for new business enquiries, alongside liaising with existing clients and our sales design team.

We are looking for a person who shares our passion for the project at hand, whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.


  • Act as the first point of contact on the phone - pass on calls or take messages as appropriate
  • Respond promptly to new enquiries
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers
  • Make appointments and diary management
  • Ensure paperwork is prepared for the sales team
  • Update clients' details on our CRM system
  • Maintain internal filing systems

Skills and experience:

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good time management
  • Excellent team player
  • Experience of database work and additional administrative duties
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Package
  • English must be to CEFRL C2 level if not a native speaker
