1. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Design Sales Consultant.
 

Landmark Lofts manages high-end residential extension projects for clients across Greater London. The company has recently launched a revolutionary new product: modular loft conversions, which are built off-site and delivered directly to our clients’ homes. Due to unprecedented demand for these modular lofts, we are looking for a new design consultant to join our successful sales team.

If you have a passion for design, a client focused attitude and a driven approach, you have an opportunity to earn £55k OTE plus bonus. Many of our design consultants regularly exceed their quotas and receive substantially higher earnings.

The Design Sales Consultant role

While having existing knowledge of loft conversions or architecture more generally is useful, it is certainly not essential as full training will be provided.

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries and answering initial questions from clients 
  • Meeting clients in their homes to discuss their requirements, design options and solutions
  • Preparing detailed proposals for clients and presenting to them
  • Developing relationships with potential customers
  • Answering questions from clients, arranging references and completing contractual documentation

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident and ambitious with an interest in property and/or design.

Previous experience within a sales environment would be preferred but most importantly you need to be an excellent communicator and able to build rapport quickly.

2. We are looking for an organised, talented and dedicated individual to take on a challenging role working within our project management team as a Modular Project Coordinator in Doncaster.

Landmark Fabrication constitutes part of Landmark Group and builds high‐end, off-site modular residential renovations for clients across London. 

Landmark is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our busy but friendly team in our Doncaster office.

We are looking for a personable candidate to provide administrative and client liaison support within the project management team. Your main responsibility is to ensure that relationships with clients are managed to a high standard.

If you have an interest in design, architecture or property then this is a bonus, but not necessary!

The Modular Project Coordinator role

The essential skills and requirements for the role are as follows:

  • Experience of working with clients, including handling all related administrative and troubleshooting tasks as required
  • Experience with data management
  • Experience with project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administrative and customer-facing skills
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • An ability to deal with multiple tasks at one time, and prioritise workload
  • An ability to deal with people at all levels within an organisation

3. We are seeking an Architectural Assistant or Technician to join our hard-working and friendly team.

We are a design and build company based in the heart of Canary Wharf, London. The majority of our projects are domestic extension and renovation work within the London area for developers and private clients.

We have an exciting opportunity to work with our team on our traditional projects as well as our new modular construction work.

The Architectural Assistant/Technician role

As an Architectural Assistant or Technician with Landmark, you will be working on a variety of projects for our clients, including loft conversions, extensions and renovations in residential properties in Greater London.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Architectural degree (Part I, II or Architectural Technology)
  • Experience and strong skills using AutoCAD and Revit required
  • Experience using Sketchup is preferred
  • Understanding of UK building regulations and planning process is preferred
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Must speak and write in English to a native level (CEFR level C2)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Live within a 30-minute commute from Canary Wharf

Tasks will include:

  • Production of CAD plans, elevations and sections
  • Production of 3D plans, elevations, sections and details for off-site modular construction
  • 3D modeling for prospective clients (SketchUp)
  • Assisting with on-site measured surveys and client meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Ad hoc architectural duties
  • Liaising with clients, engineers and planning officers

4. We are on the hunt for an ambitious super-organised Partner Manager with lots of enthusiasm and real estate experience.

This is a new role and is B2B. You will have the ability to quickly develop an understanding of the different areas of our business and will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and building relationships.

You will work closely with our sales and also marketing teams and have experience within the London property market, namely real estate agencies. This role offers the chance to work on a new and exciting product with a well established market leader in London.

The Partner Manager role

Duties:

  • Boosting sales and driving awareness of modular lofts with landlords and homeowners
  • Setting up processes and relevant documents which will enable sales into this new channel
  • Setting a strategy to Identify organisations to partner with
  • Developing relationships with real estate agents and other third party suppliers
  • Site visits to partner offices and relevant events
  • Setting up processes and relevant documents for this new acquisition channel
  • Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with partners and third party suppliers in order to build and improve relationships
  • Reviewing own performance against agreed lead targets.
  • Close collaboration with Marketing Manager & Sales Manager
  • Work collaboratively with marketing colleagues in areas relevant to your channel

Skills and qualifications:

  • A business degree is preferable
  • The ability to generate leads and Identify new market opportunities
  • Proven initiative and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work as both part of a team and autonomously
  • A natural organizer who can master competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), time management and people skills
  • Highly numerate
  • The ability to build and constantly improve processes

Experience:

  • Relevant practical experience will also be considered ie direct sales, marketing or account management within the property industry
  • Working directly with real estate agents and landlord centric organisations
  • Prior real estate experience, ideally lettings or sales
  • High proficiency using MS Office & an understanding of marketing activities
  • Putting together tailored proposals and packs of information on our products
  • English skills on native speaker level, and excellent communication skills
  • Achieving and exceeding a range of key business targets
