Upon the completion of your project, you will be issued with an industry-leading ten-year guarantee that covers materials and workmanship in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Our guarantees are insurance-backed by the Independent Warranty Association  (IWA), so you can rest assured knowing that your guarantee will always be honoured.

RICS ‘Client Money’ Protection Scheme

You will also benefit from RICS’ ‘Client Money Protection Scheme’ so any money entrusted to us is protected by up to £50,000.  Our £1 million Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) is further assurance that you are fully protected with Landmark Lofts.

Our Eco-Loft conversions are specifically designed from the outset with environmental sustainability in mind. We achieve this by using sustainable materials, sourced locally wherever possible.

Sustainable Timber

100% of the timber used in our loft conversions is FSC or PEFC certified, sourced from sustainably managed forests. 

Efficiency Rated Insulation

Good insulation in your loft will reduce your energy consumption, reducing your own environmental impact and saving you money on heating bills.
Landmark Lofts uses high-performance insulating board which is CFC/HCFC free.
