Whilst many will leave the management of your project to the team on site, we are the only London loft conversion specialist to guarantee that every one of our conversions will be directly overseen by a qualified chartered building surveyor (RICS) from the pre-scaffold meeting to the final snagging items.

As members of RICS, our project managers have at least ten years experience and hold professional qualifications in property and construction. This means that they have been trained to manage and build your loft conversion to achieve maximum space and the best quality.

RICS members are also bound by a tight code of professional conduct and hold a minimum of £1m professional indemnity insurance. You can rest assured that our dedication to project management is only equalled by our commitment to building the very best loft conversions.

Our project management team is headed by David Willis Dip. BS FRICS who is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, having over thirty years experience as a chartered building surveyor. In addition to working for many of the country’s top surveying firms, David has worked as a district surveyor for one of London's largest boroughs and was the head of property services for the Hong Kong Government before the handover.
