Landmark Lofts are fully accredited members of the National Federation of Builders (NFB), which was founded in 1896 and is the construction industry’s leading trade association. In order to become members we have been strictly vetted and have undergone a range of reference checks to give you peace of mind. The NFB logo is a recognised quality mark, which gives you the reassurance that we are reliable, honest and trustworthy, backed by the endorsement of a reputable organisation like the NFB.

FairTrades

In addition to the above we are also registered members of FairTrades. FairTrades have undertaken extensive financial and legal checks alongside customer reference checks to ensure that we are able to uphold the FairTrades Customer Charter. The Charter requires us to demonstrate the highest levels of customer services at all times by acting fairly and honestly with you.

HomePro

Every Landmark loft conversion carries, as standard, a full insurance-backed ten-year guarantee covering materials and workmanship in accordance with the company’s terms and conditions of business. Should a fault occur within this period, Landmark Lofts will carry out remedial work as necessary without charge. In the unlikely event of Landmark Lofts ceasing to trade during the guarantee period, your guarantee will be honoured by HomePro Insurance which is authorised and regulated by the FSA.

Any remedial work undertaken by HomePro Insurance will be carried out promptly and by an accredited company. Your insurance backed guarantee may be passed to any new owners of your property. You will be provided with your insurance-backed guarantee by HomePro Insurance upon completion of the project.

HomePro will also provide protection for your deposit (up to £10,000) in the unlikely event of Landmark Lofts ceasing to trade after you have placed your order with us but before we have commenced works (subject to HomePro’s terms and conditions).
