This was a mansard loft conversion, where the flank walls were raised up in brickwork to maintain a uniform appearance with the other properties on the street. By extending the loft out over the rear addition, our client was able to make room for a bathroom and dressing area, as well as a large master bedroom. Whilst undertaking the work the neighbouring owner contacted us as they also wished to have a loft conversion undertaken; we were able to co-ordinate the two projects to minimise disruption.
