We are one of the few London loft conversion companies to directly employ our own architect. As we have a full time specialist architect working alongside the rest of our team we are able to offer creative solutions that go far beyond the typical 'box' loft conversion designs.

Once you have decided to have a Landmark loft conversion our surveyor will visit your home to draw up detailed 'existing' floor plans and elevations. Our architect will then arrange to meet you at your home to discuss your needs and make some initial design suggestions. Following from your meeting with our architect, we will prepare drawings for your loft conversion, which you can then modify (if you wish) and then approve for submission to your local authority. We often prepare 3D models for our clients so that they can get a 'feel' for the achievable space before plans have even been finalised.

Our architecture team is headed by Graham Sproul DipArch ARB, who has over twenty years experience working across Europe in a number of prize-winning architecture firms. Graham has won numerous design awards throughout his career and we are very sure that not only will his approach inspire you but his accomplished designs will help to turn your loft into a spectacular new addition to your home.
